Pasta Salad with Feta Cheese

  • 3 Cup Rotini pasta cooked, drained and cooled (about 1 1/2-2 cups dry)
  • 1 Cup feta cheese crumbles
  • 1 Cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 Cup cucumbers, chopped
  • 1/2 Cup black olives, drained and rinsed
  • 3/4 Cup Italian dressing
  • 1/8-1/4 Cup red onion, diced


  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Once pasta is cooked, allow time to cool and add to a bowl with a lid. Add remaining ingredients to bowl and toss together. Cover bowl tightly and place in refrigerator for at least one hour.


  1. - Add more Italian Dressing if needed.
