Ingredients
- 1 Watermelon
- ¼ cup Cerignola olives, halved
- 10-12 mint leaves
- ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
Directions
Locate the widest part of the watermelon and cut in half.
Cut a slice from each half that is 1-inch thick
Cut each slice into 8 wedges (16 wedges total)
Place each half on a large plate, and top with olive halves, cheese, balsamic and mint leaves
