Salt and pepper, to taste
black olives, chopped
boneless skinless chicken breasts
dry white wine
Mix feta cheese, milk, garlic, parsley, oregano, salt and pepper to form a paste. Stir in olives. Pound chicken breasts until 1/2” thick. Spoon 1/4 of the filling onto each breast. Close with string or toothpicks. Sauté in oil and wine over medium heat, or cover and bake at 350° F for 30 minutes.
