Feta Stuffed Chicken Breasts
Ingredients
  • 1/2 c. feta cheese
  • 1 tbsp. milk
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp. parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons black olives, chopped
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 c. dry white wine
  • Directions
  • Mix feta cheese, milk, garlic, parsley, oregano, salt and pepper to form a paste. Stir in olives. Pound chicken breasts until 1/2” thick. Spoon 1/4 of the filling onto each breast. Close with string or toothpicks. Sauté in oil and wine over medium heat, or cover and bake at 350° F for 30 minutes.
